Most company's need more than a man with a van or a artic they need both and everything in between, So we have them all we have listed the sizes of truck for you so you can see we offer a full logistic solution. We can take on all your transport and with our wealth of experience move your product more cost effectively by giving you your own transport manager to tailor everything from packaging to the type of label used.Or just call for a quote in advanced or the day before.
We can price your jobs by weight ,size and distance and give you a part load price based on other work we have in the area.By doing this we can compete with parcel company's for pallets and bundles of various sizes
The fleet we run is very flexible and to maximise space we can pull small trailers on our long 7.5 trucks to give us a bed size similar to a artic. But the economy of a much lighter vehicle as allot of product we move is fabricated aluminium and thin steel. Example 6 pallet's of 3 meters by 1.22meters that weigh half a ton each (and cant be stacked) have to get to Manchester. So to save you money, A small wagon and drag will get the same amount of light pallets as a artic.
We invested in a double decked 45 foot trailer to optimise bulky loads as it was very expensive to send 2 artic's to Glasgow when there was only 10 ton in a load. Now we can almost half the price as each bay is over 3m long and the decks fold on end to accommodate tall pallets and the floor is flat through the length so a 13meter length can be flat (such as roofing profile).
